GPU Compute Nodes #

Several of Wynton HPC compute nodes have Graphics Processing Units (GPUs):

GPU nodes: 61 GPU compute nodes (22 communal and 39 contributed nodes)
GPUs: 235 GPUs (88 communal and 147 contributed GPUs)

The tables below contain the list of the Wynton GPU compute nodes and whether the node is contributed by a lab or is a communal node contributed by the institution. Members of groups with contributed GPUs have extra privileges on the job scheduler for jobs running on their GPU nodes.
